Ryan Carter

Ryan is a world class health coach and educator. He works with international clients at the cutting edge of our understanding of human health and biology. You can find him online @livevitae talking about all things light, water, magnetism and nutrition.

Ryan brought the idea of Oath Food Co to reality with Cofounders Josh (@apenutrition) and Nicholas (Creative Wizard @Uncommon). Without them, Oath Food Co would still be an idea.

After 1.5 years of hard work, we decided to take a break. Fast forward 6 months, and Ryan decided to take his dream further by continuing with Oath Food Co whilst Josh and Nicholas continue their own unique projects.

Lidgates is London’s oldest family run butcher and purveyor of quality, independent British meat. Through our partnership, we’ve not only tapped into their network of independent, regenerative farms producing quality grass-fed meat, but also generations of craftsmanship.

We're here to improve the health of people & planet.

We live in three very distant locations. We come from three very different backgrounds and bring three different skillsets. But we share one goal; to improve the health of people and planet. We will do this through the products we make and the message we share.
