Cancellation policy
Subscribe to your favourite Oath products and get them made fresh and delivered on repeat, with 10% off every order. There's no minimum term, and you can cancel any time before your next cut-off. Full details are in our Subscription Policy.

Payment
- When you pay: your first box is charged when you subscribe. Each later box is charged automatically to your saved card at the cut-off before its delivery (11:59pm Sunday for Tuesday, or 11:59pm Wednesday for Friday).
- Reminders: we'll email you 3 days before each payment with the date, the amount and how to skip or cancel.
- What you pay: the price of the products in your box at the time of the charge, less your 10% subscriber discount, plus delivery if your order is under £110.
- Price changes: we'll tell you by email at least 14 days before a new price applies to your subscription.
Cancelling, skipping or pausing
Log in to your account to skip, pause, change or cancel your subscription any time, with no fee. To stop your next box, do it before that delivery's cut-off. Once the cut-off has passed, your box has been charged and goes into production, so it can't be changed, skipped or refunded. Any change applies from the following delivery.
We'll confirm every cancellation by email. If you can't access your account, email hello@oathfood.co or WhatsApp +44 7872 474286 before the cut-off, and we'll make the change for you.
Your legal rights
Because our meat is perishable and made to order, boxes can't be returned once they've been charged and made. This does not affect your legal rights if a box arrives faulty, damaged or not as described. These terms form part of our Terms & Conditions.
