Take the sausages out of the fridge about 20 minutes before cooking, so they cook evenly.
Oven method (the easiest): Preheat to 180°C. Prick each sausage a few times to stop them splitting. Lay them in a baking tray or ovenproof pan and cook for 15–20 minutes, turning once. Check with a fork — the juices should run clear, and chicken and pork should be cooked through.
Optional: Line the tray with sliced red onion, courgette, and bell pepper to soak up the juices as they cook, or add par-boiled potatoes underneath to crisp up in the rendered fat.
Pan method: Slice each sausage into three at an angle and sauté in ghee or tallow with sliced onion and a little liver added towards the end. Finish with fresh thyme and rosemary. Serve with scrambled eggs and toasted sourdough.

Yes! Our meats are boxed with ice bags, which keep them chilled rather than frozen. This means you can choose what to put in the freezer, what to put in the fridge and what to chuck straight in the pan.
How long does delivery inside the UK take?
All our products are made to order, which might add up to 24 hours on to the delivery time – but your order should still be with you within three working days.
Is the packaging recyclable?
Yes. As you might have seen, the idea at the heart of our brand is a belief that you can find goodness in everything. That extends to our packaging too.
