While many of our products already have bone marrow in, it makes for an incredibly nutritious & rich meal in its own right.
Our grass-fed, regeneratively farmed marrow bones pack a punch with stearic acid, adiponectin, collagen and stem cells amongst other powerful micro-nutrients.

Ground Grass-fed Beef, Beef Liver, Beef Heart, Beef Bone Marrow, Organic Ground Black Pepper, Ground Thyme, Maldon Sea Salt.

Preheat the oven to 180°C/gas mark.
Season and bake for anywhere between 10–20 minutes, depending on their thickness. The marrow should start melting and bubbling around the edges slightly, but should not be sliding out of the bones.
Remove from the oven and scoop out onto toast, with a further sprinkling of salt and pepper.

Can I freeze items on delivery?
Yes! Our meats are boxed with ice bags, which keep them chilled rather than frozen. This means you can choose what to put in the freezer, what to put in the fridge and what to chuck straight in the pan.
How long does delivery typically take in the UK?
All our products are made to order, which might add up to 24 hours on to the delivery time – but your order should still be with you within three working days.
Is the packaging recyclable?
