Lamb Everything Burger
Lamb Everything Burger
Our lamb everything burgers have liver, heart and bone marrow blended with the finest mince in Britain with nothing else added apart from care and attention. The burgers make a great evening meal for the family with baked potatoes and salad, or for a barbecue lunch with friends.
Handmade by our butchers and ready to cook.
Lamb, often called 'land salmon,' contains the highest level of essential fatty acids found on land, making it an excellent choice for those who dislike seafood.
Lamb is the original free-range animal protein, roaming in environments cattle cannot reach, feeding on grass year-round.
On paper, lamb surpasses beef and is more of a wild animal compared to domesticated beef or chicken.

Cooking Instructions
Cooking Instructions
Best cooked on the barbecue. For everyday purposes, a good stainless-steel or cast-iron pan will do the job just as well.
Take the burgers out of the fridge about 30 minutes before cooking. Heat your pan to medium. Add the burgers directly — a little tallow if you like, but not essential. Leave them alone for the first 4 minutes. Then check, lift, and flip once you're happy with the colour.
Cooking Time
Much like beef, but lamb likes a little longer to render its natural fat properly. Add 2–3 minutes to your usual beef timing — around 4–6 minutes per side for medium. Or bake in the oven for 12–15 minutes.
Cooking Tip
Keep the heat a touch lower than you would for beef. Lamb's higher fat content means more smoke, and more chance of flare-ups, if you rush it.
Why It Matters
Why It Matters
Fat isn't the villain here, lamb just carries a little more of it, and that means a little more care at the stove. We're not chasing char. Burn the outside and you lose the very thing that makes this burger worth eating: the protein and fat doing what they do best, gently.

How should I cook these products?
Please see our contents section, where you will find cooking instructions for all our products
Can I freeze items on delivery?

How long does delivery inside the UK take?
All our products are made to order, which might add up to 24 hours on to the delivery time – but your order should still be with you within three working days.
Is the packaging recyclable?
