Ground Grass-fed Beef, Beef Liver, Beef Heart, Beef Bone Marrow, Organic Ground Black Pepper, Ground Thyme, Maldon Sea Salt.

Preheat the oven to 180°C/gas mark.
Season and bake for anywhere between 10–20 minutes, depending on their thickness. The marrow should start melting and bubbling around the edges slightly, but should not be sliding out of the bones.
Remove from the oven and scoop out onto toast, with a further sprinkling of salt and pepper.

All our products are made to order, which might add up to 24 hours on to the delivery time – but your order should still be with you within three working days.
